N I C K
Nick is a Catholic husband, father, educator, coach, and lifelong advocate for faith, family, and community. He became Catholic in 2010 through the RCIA program at his parish, beginning a faith journey that continues to shape who he is today.
With more than 20 years in education, Nick currently serves as a teacher and has taken on leadership roles in school culture, athletics, and student development. Outside of school, he enjoys coaching, sports, golf, bourbon, cigars, and spending time with family and friends.
Nick’s faith is an important part of who he is, and he brings a mix of Catholic faith, humor, honesty, and a willingness to ask the questions that people are sometimes afraid to ask.

D A V E
Dave is a husband, dad, bourbon guy, songwriter, and lifelong believer who’s spent enough years around men to know that most of us are carrying something we don’t talk about.
He loves a good pour, a good cigar, loud music, working with his hands, and a conversation that goes somewhere deeper than the weather. He’s built a career, raised a family, written a pile of songs, and learned a few things the hard way along the way.
P3 is his attempt to create the kind of table every man needs—a place where the bourbon is good, the stories are honest, the laughs are loud, and nobody has to pretend he has it all figured out.
Pour something good. Pull up a chair. Let’s talk.
W H O ‘ S A T T H E T A B L E ?
G E R R Y
Gerry has been married for 32 years and is blessed with four children and 17 grandchildren—so he knows a thing or two about family, faith, and the importance of showing up.
Born and raised Catholic, Gerry attended Catholic grade school and high school, and his faith continues to be a big part of his life. He currently serves on his parish’s Pastoral Parish Council and stays actively involved in his church community as a lector, Eucharistic minister, and fourth-grade CCD catechist.
Outside the church, Gerry works in the print and mail industry. But at P3, he brings something even more valuable to the table: decades of life experience, a strong faith, and a genuine desire to live out what he believes.

J A S O N
Jason is P3’s sound engineer, occasionally appearing to turn on the microphones and monitor the situation regarding background noise—lawnmowers, barking dogs, airplanes, and whatever else decides to join the recording. A lifelong Catholic, husband, and father of three, he helps keep the technical side of the conversation running smoothly. He believes good conversations deserve smooth bourbon, clear audio, and minimal lawn equipment.
